What the giiher.com website collects, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights. giiher.ai and giiher.studio each have their own policy.

Only what you enter in a form on the site — an access request, a demo request or a message:
- name, business address, organisation and phone number if you provide them;
- the product you are interested in and the free description of your need;
- the chosen language, the timestamp and the exact consent text shown.
For security, we also keep a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address and a truncated version of your browser and of the page you came from. For site administrators only: their address and their login sessions.
- Handling your request, sending you the acknowledgement and, where applicable, your invitation: on the basis of your consent and of pre-contractual steps.
- Preventing abuse and automated submissions: on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the service.
The consent text shown at the time of the request is kept with it, so that consent remains demonstrable.
Requests and messages are kept for 24 months, then deleted automatically. Admin sessions expire after 8 hours and anti-abuse counters after a few minutes.
The giiher team, and the strictly necessary providers:
- Resend, for sending emails;
- Hostinger, for hosting the site and its database.
Emails load their typeface from Google Fonts when your mail client displays remote content. No data is sold or passed on.
Some providers may process data outside the European Union, notably in the United States. These transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by an adequacy decision.
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and may withdraw your consent at any time.
The erasure link at the bottom of the acknowledgement deletes your request immediately. For any other request, write to support@giiher.com: reply within one month. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).
