Terms of sale
The terms that apply to subscribing to the paid plans of giiher.ai and giiher.studio.

These terms govern the sale of subscriptions and credits for the two online software products published by giiher: giiher.ai, an assistant that answers customer support, and giiher.studio, a studio that produces vertical micro-series.
The services are reserved for businesses acting in the course of their trade; they are not offered to consumers. Any subscription constitutes unreserved acceptance of these terms and of each product's own terms of use.
The details of each plan (credits, quotas, seats, storage) and its price are shown on the product's pricing page and on the checkout page, which prevails at the time of ordering. Prices are in euros; applicable taxes are shown before payment is confirmed.
giiher may change its plans and prices. A price change applies to an ongoing subscription only from its next renewal.
Orders are placed from the product's billing area. Payment is processed by Polar, a payment provider: giiher never has access to card details.
The subscription is paid in advance and renews automatically at each term until cancelled. An invoice is issued for each payment and remains available in the billing area.
Uses that consume computing resources (agent replies, speech synthesis, image and video generation) are counted in credits. Each plan includes a volume of credits per period; additional packs can be purchased.
When the balance runs out, the services concerned are suspended until renewal or the purchase of a pack. The exact counting and renewal rules are shown in each product's billing area.
giiher.ai offers a 7-day trial, limited to 50 messages and 5 minutes of voice. At its end, the subscription moves to normal billing unless cancelled before then.
During the invitation-only test period, access for invited users is free until that period ends. After it, the invited user must subscribe to continue.
The subscription can be cancelled at any time from the billing area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: the service remains available until that date and is then not renewed.
Amounts paid for a period that has started are not refunded, unless these terms or the law provide otherwise.
As the services are reserved for businesses, the right of withdrawal provided by the French Consumer Code does not apply.
giiher uses reasonable means to keep the services available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or in the event of an incident at a provider.
Answers and content produced by artificial intelligence may contain errors: the customer remains responsible for checking them and for how they are used. The liability of Giiher SASU is limited to direct, proven damage and may not exceed, for all causes combined, the amounts paid by the customer during the twelve months preceding the triggering event.
The customer remains the owner of the content they import and of the content they have produced. How each product processes personal data is described in its own privacy policy.
These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, any dispute falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts for the registered office of Giiher SASU, in Rouen, France, including in the event of multiple defendants or third-party claims.
